You have work to do. The Westburne mobile app lets you place orders quickly and accurately so you can get back to work. Tap the Westburne app to get started! Choose your division and log in. Skip this step if you have logged in to the app before. The app remembers your credentials for next time!
Find products with a tap
The search bar at the top of the home screen is the most intuitive way to find product! Search by Westburne product code, brand or item number. It looks and acts like popular search engines you are familiar with! When you find what you are looking for, tap the product name to open the product page. On the product page, see account-specific price and stock information, product specs and an easy-to-download tech data sheet. Tap Add to Basket for checkout later. The barcode scanner is a new feature that will definitely take your Westburne experience to the next level! On the home screen, look to the right of the search bar and tap the barcode icon to get started. When prompted, allow the Westburne app to access your camera. Aim the camera at the barcode you wish to scan. Line up the red line with the centre of the barcode and the product will be scanned automatically then added to the box for checkout later.
Adjusting orders has never been so simple
Ready to check out? Tap the shopping cart in the top right of the screen to view items for purchase. Check your quantities! Look for QTY beneath the product description, and use the keypad to adjust quantities if needed. When your order is ready, tap Checkout. You haven’t placed your order until you set your shipping preferences! Choose either pickup or delivery. Both pickup and delivery locations can be adjusted on an order-by-order basis. Does your order include backordered items? Pay special attention here; set your order for pickup or delivery as items become available or when the order is complete. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Complete Order when done. It’s that easy!
