The Westburne app has all the features you know and love on Westburne.ca, made mobile! Download the Westburne app from App Store or Google Play today; once downloaded, tap the app, choose your division and get started! Tap My Account and login with your Westburne.ca credentials. Don’t worry; you’ll only have to do this once. The Westburne app will remember you for next time! When logged in, all prices seen are account-specific. Also, the stock availability displayed is set to your local branch.
Dive 24-months into your Westburne account history
Dive deep into your Westburne account. From the home screen, your Westburne account is at your fingertips! Tap Invoice or Order History to recall 24-months of history for on-and-offline orders. Also find status of active or outstanding orders here. Use the search bar to retrieve by order number. Want to track down specific items within an order? Tap the arrow beside the order to view order status, to check individual items, or double-check cost and delivery options.
Save work and save time
You have access to more search options than ever on the Westburne app! Find products with the search bar at the top of the screen, or tap All Products or Popular Products. New to the Westburne app is the barcode scanner! To the right of the search bar, find the barcode scanner icon. Tap to load the scanner. Allow the app to access your camera, line up the red line to the centre of the barcode and it will automatically scan the product.
Reduce time spent placing orders with Basket and Fast Order! From the My Account tab, tap Basket and Fast Order. If items are left in the basket from another visit, this is where you can find them. Fast Order is just what it sounds like – a fast order! Simply enter Westburne product code and quantity, and tap the cart to check out.
The Westburne app saves your work for later! My Cart List shows saved carts that have been set aside for future action. Like a job list, a saved cart is a quick and easy way to save products for purchase. Job Lists are a handy time-saver for frequently ordered products, products always ordered together and product kits. To view Job Lists, tap – you guessed it - the Job List button, to view saved lists.

In unfamiliar environments, let the Westburne app be your guide. Tap Find a Branch and enter your desired location or select a branch from the map or list. The Westburne app has hands-free GPS navigation capability to guide you safely to your branch of choice. Need to connect in a hurry? Tap Find a Branch, select the branch and tap Call to connect from your phone.
