Galia Forouzesh Far joined Westburne Canada as Marketing Director on June 16. With nearly two decades of experience across agency and in-house marketing roles in Canada, the UK and Southeast Asia, Galia brings a proven track record of building and leading integrated marketing teams across brand, digital and performance disciplines.

Her experience spans B2B and industrial organizations, where she has driven marketing modernization through automation, strategic enablement and insight-led planning. Galia′s background includes advising and leading transformational initiatives for industrial distributors—developing go-to-market strategies, strengthening lead-generation programs, and aligning marketing with business development objectives to deliver measurable growth.

Before joining Westburne, Galia was VP, Digital at Midfield, a marketing consultancy she helped scale. She has also held leadership roles at firms such as Dentsu and McKinsey, supporting clients across manufacturing, healthcare, eCommerce and financial services to improve marketing operations with a focus on performance and growth.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, Galia prioritizes cross-functional alignment and capability building to elevate marketing maturity and drive results. Outside of work she volunteers with the Hamilton Police Service and enjoys gaming, refinishing vintage furniture, and occasional off-grid weekends.
