Nicholas joined Westburne in 2015 as the Divisional Sales Manager for the Province of Quebec before being promoted in 2017 to the General Manager role for the division. His ultimate goal remains to engage all staff in achieving a strong and proud culture while improving overall customer service levels.

Prior to joining Westburne, Nicholas held similar roles at Tyco Fire & Security, at Ecosystems Energy Management, and at Stanley Security Solutions. Proud of being able to promote and encourage employees to exceed corporate and personal development objectives: strong believer in team work and promoter of diversity in the workplace.

Nicholas holds an industrial engineering diploma from McGill University and is an avid Montreal Canadiens fan. Three daughters and three grand-daughters keep him busy in his personal life.
